We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

6. Subscription Plans and Payments

6.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and pricing. Current subscription options and pricing are displayed on our website. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Billing and Payment

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to:

6.6 Cancellation

You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Ontario. The arbitration shall be conducted in Toronto, Ontario, in English.

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or technical failures.

18.6 No Agency

These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Mindora.

18.7 Notices

We may provide notices to you via email, postal mail, or postings on the Services. You agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal communication requirements.
